Refund Policy

Overview

This policy covers refunds and cancellations for services provided by Apphemlockcore Mining Review Co., Ltd., including SHA-256 field assessments, hash rate audits, and maintenance planning sessions.

Refund Eligibility

Full Refund

You are eligible for a full refund if:

• You cancel a booked service more than 7 calendar days before the scheduled date
• We cancel the service due to technician unavailability and cannot offer a suitable alternative date
• We fail to deliver a report within 10 business days of the agreed deadline without prior notice

Partial Refund

A partial refund of 50% applies if:

• You cancel between 3 and 7 calendar days before the scheduled on-site assessment
• A remote hash rate audit cannot be completed because the pool API credentials provided are invalid, and you do not supply corrected credentials within 5 business days

No Refund

Refunds are not available when:

• You cancel fewer than 3 calendar days before a scheduled on-site visit
• On-site work has already commenced
• A completed assessment report has been delivered
• You fail to provide facility access at the scheduled time (no-show)
• You cancel after a maintenance planning session has been conducted

Deposits

On-site field assessments requiring travel beyond 50 km from our Seocho office may require a 30% deposit at booking. Deposits are fully refundable if you cancel more than 7 days before the scheduled date. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations within 7 days.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule a booked service once at no charge if the request is made more than 3 calendar days before the original date. Rescheduling within 3 days is treated as a cancellation under the terms above, and a new booking fee may apply.

Refund Process

1. Submit a refund request to info@apphemlockcore.click with your booking reference and reason.
2. We confirm eligibility within 3 business days.
3. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are never refundable:

• Travel surcharges for completed on-site visits
• Rush report fees once report production has begun
• Third-party parts ordered on your behalf (quoted separately before purchase)

Work Already Started

If on-site assessment has begun and you request cancellation mid-visit, you will be charged for time spent at the hourly rate of ₩90,000, deducted from any prepaid amount. No report will be delivered for partial visits.

Disputes

If you disagree with a refund decision, contact us at info@apphemlockcore.click. Unresolved disputes are subject to the governing law and jurisdiction specified in our Terms of Service.
